Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and web hosting concepts
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting basic server, network, and hosting-related issues
• Respond to and resolve L1 support tickets under supervision
• Help diagnose common web hosting issues related to cPanel, Plesk, and domain management
• Perform basic Linux commands for file management and user administration
• Assist in managing and maintaining Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
• Learn about web servers (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Help monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Grafana
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
• Assist in writing knowledge base articles for common technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of basic scripting (Bash, Python, or Perl)
