Remote Litigation Associate

Summary

Join Direct Counsel as an experienced Associate to join an AmLaw 200 law firm's Litigation business unit in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation practice experience
• Active California Bar license

Responsibilities

• Work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Prepare for trials and have courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Work with e-discovery software
• Have exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
