Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of the litigation process, including case investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, clients, and other parties involved in the litigation process
• Representing clients in court appearances and at mediation or settlement conferences
• Building and maintaining client relationships
