Paralegal - Probate Paralegal

Summary

Join Zirtual as a 1099 remote paralegal supporting a Chicago law firm specializing in probate and real estate! This part-time position (10 hours/month) requires Cook County, Illinois Probate experience. You will be the primary contact for clients, handling court filings, probate administration, client communication, drafting, filing inventories and accountings, and other assigned tasks. You'll receive support from an Account Supervisor. Success requires proactive communication, timely task completion, detailed client profiles, and adherence to Zirtual's best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with WealthCounsel and Clio. Remote work experience is preferred.
