Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
  • 2+ years of hands-on machine learning expertise in projects at scale
  • Expertise in Python
  • Understand how to train, finetune, and deploy LLM models
  • Have expertise in one or more of standard ML libraries: Pytorch / Tensorflow
  • Pandas
  • Numpy
  • Matplotlib
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, maintenance, and monitoring of LLM solutions that are critical to providing industry leading functionality for the Inspiren ecosystem
  • Contribute to the best in class computer vision models that Inspiren has deployed across our fleet of AUGi systems
  • Work closely with software developers, product managers, our customer success clinicians, and other stakeholders to define LLM system requirements and specifications per product needs
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Introduce new methodologies and technologies to enhance performance and meet design specifications
  • Provide technical expertise and support in artificial intelligence and machine learning development, testing, and validation across the product lifecycle
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in AI / ML
  • Start-up experience
  • Experience with healthcare datasets and HIPAA regulations

Benefits

  • The annual salary for this role is between $140,000-160,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
