Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
- 2+ years of hands-on machine learning expertise in projects at scale
- Expertise in Python
- Understand how to train, finetune, and deploy LLM models
- Have expertise in one or more of standard ML libraries: Pytorch / Tensorflow
- Pandas
- Numpy
- Matplotlib
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead development, maintenance, and monitoring of LLM solutions that are critical to providing industry leading functionality for the Inspiren ecosystem
- Contribute to the best in class computer vision models that Inspiren has deployed across our fleet of AUGi systems
- Work closely with software developers, product managers, our customer success clinicians, and other stakeholders to define LLM system requirements and specifications per product needs
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Introduce new methodologies and technologies to enhance performance and meet design specifications
- Provide technical expertise and support in artificial intelligence and machine learning development, testing, and validation across the product lifecycle
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in AI / ML
- Start-up experience
- Experience with healthcare datasets and HIPAA regulations
Benefits
- The annual salary for this role is between $140,000-160,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
