Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Prior experience in loan processing, financial services, office administration or a related field is preferred
• Experience with CRM systems for managing and tracking customer interactions and loan progress
• Experience in preparing settlement documents and coordinating settlement processes
• Proficiency in using loan processing software to capture client information

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Verify and validate data in loan documents to maintain data integrity
• Communicate with applicants to gather necessary documentation and information
• Liaise with 3rd parties to facilitate the loan approval process
• Support brokers with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the loan process
• Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and respond to inquiries promptly
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
• Utilize CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions and loan progress
• Prepare settlement documents and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth settlement processes
