Summary

Join HomeLight as a Loan Processor and manage a pipeline of 50+ BBYS Loans, taking them from setup to funding. Ensure all files meet on-time closing requirements. You will handle loan file setup, order third-party services, draw and review closing documents, coordinate with title agents, and review closing documents for funding. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home position based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mortgage industry experience, including experience drawing and reviewing closing documents. Familiarity with Google apps, Slack, and the ability to quickly learn internal systems is essential.

Requirements

• Worked in the mortgage industry 3+ years
• Prior experience drawing and reviewing closing documents
• Ability to follow documented process and notice when procedures can be improved
• Can work in a fast paced environment that is always evolving
• Experience in using Google apps, Slack and ability to learn internal systems quickly
• Amenable to work in US Pacific hours

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 50+ BBYS Loans
• Take BBYS loans from the loan setup stage all the way through funding
• Ensure all files meet an on-time closing
• Loan File Setup
• Third party orders
• Drawing closing documents
• Coordinating closing with Title Agent
• Reviewing closing documents for funding
