The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proven experience as a Logistics Analyst, e-commerce experience, Amazon Seller Central expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in logistics software, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Analyst or in a similar role
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Familiarity with Amazon Reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems such as NetSuit and Fulfil.io)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage shipments on Amazon, TikTok Seller Center, Walmart, Target and any other online marketplace, ensuring all stakeholders have the relevant information needed to successfully move cargo to FBA / 3PL / TikTok warehouses, such as shipping labels, carton markings, and transparency labels
  • Obtain quotes from freight forwarders to determine the most cost effective method of moving cargo
  • Analyze transportation routes and modes to determine the most cost-effective and timely delivery methods
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork, such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Waybills are completed correctly, and maintained for auditing purposes
  • Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure a smooth handover of cargo for pick-up, clearance, and final delivery
  • Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, including transportation and fulfilment costs, delivery times, and Amazon shipping/packaging requirements
  • Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PLs to streamline inbound inventory movement
  • Monitor and resolve inbound performance issues and other Amazon-related shipping and product metrics through case management
  • Manage and track internal movement of inventory via our ERP system (Fulfil.io)
  • Manage Inventory accuracy from the manufacturer to delivery to warehouse

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-Commerce is preferable
