Summary
Join our fast-growing consumer brand as a Manufacturing / Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end supply chain operations. This critical role involves coordinating with domestic and international manufacturers, overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, tracking inventory, forecasting needs, and leading process improvements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in DTC or CPG environments. Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills are essential, along with familiarity with ERP systems and 3PLs. This role reports to the Director of Operations and will be key to scaling operations as we expand.
Requirements
- 3β5+ years in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience in DTC or CPG environments; startup or high-growth preferred
- Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
- Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow
- Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
- Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across ERP, 3PL, and internal systems
- Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with Ops, CX, and Finance teams
- Lead process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations
