Summary

Join PTW, a global games services company, as a Localization QA Game Tester! You will be the first to review localized games, ensuring accuracy in translation, grammar, and cultural consistency across various platforms. Collaborate with a global team to identify and correct errors, providing detailed reports and suggestions for improvement. No prior experience is required, but fluency in Latin American Spanish and conversational English are essential. This fully remote position, based in Europe (preferably Braga, Portugal), offers attractive remuneration, team competitions, and a supportive community. Requirements

• No experience required. Just fluency in Latin American Spanish and conversational in English
• Strong cultural understanding of the language you are applying for
• Computer literacy – particularly with Excel
• Robust Internet research skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience with using different software, applications, and websites
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and collaborate within project teams
• Candidate must be located within Europe

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a global project team
• Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other language errors
• Ensure adherence to console manufacturer guidelines
• Log details of errors and issues, providing improvement suggestions
• Ensure accurate translation within context and maintain consistency in terminology and imagery
• Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display/format of dates, calendars, and characters
• Write reports on errors and bugs found and perform ad hoc translation
• Oversee the quality of your work, collaborate with the team, and contribute to the overall success of projects
