Lqa Game Tester

Summary

Join our Localization Quality Assurance department and contribute to ensuring high-quality game translations. You will be responsible for identifying and correcting translation errors, checking game tone and style, and creating reports. This role requires strong language skills in Chinese Simplified (C2 level) and English (C1 level), along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Requirements

• Chinese Simplified C2 level or native
• English C1 level to ensure internal communication and reporting
• Perfect knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation of your language
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Great communication skills allowing to express yourself precise and clearly
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure of time

Responsibilities

• Find and correct any translation errors, spelling mistakes and ambiguities
• Check the game’s tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness
• Create reports in Excel and Jira
• Submit quality improving suggestions for the errors you find

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for gaming and curiosity for new titles (all types of games count!)
• Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing
• Familiarity of platforms like Sony (PS4/PS5), Microsoft (PC, Xbox One/XSX/XSS), Nintendo (Switch), Apple (iOS)
