Summary
Join Milestone One as a M365 Administrator to manage and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform, and Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions. You will ensure a scalable, productive, and compliant environment, supporting a globally distributed team with a focus on the AMER region. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with global IT teams, contributing to automation and process improvement, maintaining documentation, and staying current on the latest M365 features. You will also participate in internal IT projects related to M365 modernization and compliance. The position offers full remote work flexibility from anywhere in South or Central America. Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus)
- Based in South or Central America , able to work 100% remotely
- Logical, analytical, and always ready to learn something new!
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a global team
- 1–5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration (but we’re open to ambitious early-career professionals, too)
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune
- Support a globally distributed environment with a focus on users across the AMER region
- Ensure the Microsoft 365 environment remains secure and compliant with internal policies and regulatory frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues (Level 2/3 support—not end-user helpdesk)
- Work closely with global IT teams managing Entra ID / Azure AD, infrastructure, and identity lifecycle
- Contribute to automation and process improvement using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Maintain documentation on policies, configurations, and support processes
- Stay up to date on the latest Microsoft 365 features and assess potential benefits for the organization
- Participate in internal IT projects related to M365 modernization and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Microsoft Defender, Entra Conditional Access, and Compliance tools
- SharePoint site architecture and permissions management
- Azure AD / Entra ID and identity governance
- Device management through Intune
- Familiarity with Part 11 , EMA , and GxP compliance requirements
