Summary

The job is for an M365 Organizational Change Management Consultant at Quisitive, a global Microsoft partner. The role involves driving solutions around people and processes to transform a customer's business and improve collaboration and productivity. The position can be located anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

• At least five years consulting experience in the areas of management consulting or customer success consulting, including experience with M365/O365 implementation change management, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and more
• Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Ability to strategically and tactically solution client needs

Responsibilities

• Drive solutions around people and processes that will transform a customer’s business and make a significant impact on collaboration and productivity
• Assess a client’s current state and understand the baseline of change needs
• Complete change management assessments, identify key stakeholders, and work closely with sponsors in defining project/initiative goals and success criteria
• Partner with clients, project managers and technologist in creating recommendations/solutions for change and implementing agreed upon solutions based on Microsoft and Quisitive best practices
• Design and deliver change management solutions based on potential need for communications, employee development, training, and governance
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities within the defined scope of the project SOW
• Design and facilitate Change Management Workshops created to help organizations understand how Microsoft tools can be successfully configured/rolled out so that business meets/exceeds defined goals
• Provide insight into new opportunities with the client based on knowledge learned during the engagement
• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) aspects of a project to include mapping milestones and tasks for project completion, advising project change and reasoning, if needed, leading OCM workstream for self and sometimes OCM project team (larger projects), working with internal management to ensure project health regarding OCM efforts
• Communicate openly and honestly, listen and engage others with respect, build healthy relationships, work with people with a vast range of interests, capabilities, and personality, hold oneself accountable for own actions, lead self or small OCM project teams to achieve desired success, work well as an individual, as well as be a productive team member, work with integrity at all times
