Summary

The job is for an M&A Advisor at Baton, a company that supports small business owners through the acquisition market. Requirements

• 2+ years of investment banking or M&A advisory or similar finance experience
• 2+ years of startup experience
• Experience interfacing with customers and managing complex interpersonal issues
• Experience with financial modeling, Excel, and CRMs

Responsibilities

• Drive negotiations for dozens of business acquisitions
• Guide business owners through the selling process and advise on strategy
• Qualify and pitch buyers on Baton’s deals
• Partner with the team to guide product roadmap
• Advise our valuations team on how to more accurately underwrite small businesses
• Work with the executive team to grow Baton to support millions of small business owners
