Requirements

• You are an experienced machine learning engineer with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
• You have a solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, with hands-on experience using generative AI to solve real-world problems
• You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• You are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment
• You have good communication skills and can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, LangGraph, etc
• Knowledge in integrating generative AI models, prompt engineering, model tuning, and working with LLMs and AI agents
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control systems, and collaborative coding workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior members of the team to design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and systems
• Participate in all stages of the machine learning development lifecycle , from data collection and preprocessing to model evaluation and deployment
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning solutions
• Contribute to the improvement of existing machine learning pipelines and infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in machine learning and share knowledge with the team
