Summary

Join OfferFit's Machine Learning Implementation Engineering team as a creative technical expert collaborating with customers to ensure their success. You will collaborate with customer teams on implementations, extend product capabilities by developing data pipelines and APIs, work with the ML pipeline development team, participate in product strategy, and oversee customer support. OfferFit offers a 100% remote work environment with flexible hours and generous PTO and parental leave. The ideal candidate is an exceptional coder, a tinkerer, entrepreneurial, structured, and a clear communicator. This role requires fluency in English, the ability to support North America time zones, and up to 15% travel.

Requirements

  • Write clean, object-oriented code
  • Care about good design and terse, testable APIs
  • Regularly explore and learn new technologies and methods
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks, work around obstacles, and always seek creative ways to improve processes and outcomes
  • Structure a plan, align stakeholders, and see it through to execution
  • Express yourself clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally
  • Be able to fully overlap and support North America time zones
  • Be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams and OfferFit colleagues on implementations (use case definition, data integration, pipeline and ML model configuration, etc.)
  • Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components
  • Work closely with the ML pipeline development team to improve self-learning (reinforcement learning) algorithms
  • Participate in determining OfferFitโ€™s product strategy and roadmap
  • Oversee the continuous support OfferFit provides customers to ensure their success
