Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in AI engineering, data science, or related roles, with leadership experience
• Strong proficiency in AI frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Effective leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Must be a Singaporean citizen
• Must be either based in Singapore (remote work) or willing to relocate to Malaysia
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering growth
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define AI project objectives, requirements, and timelines
• Design, develop, and implement AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve complex business challenges
• Oversee the AI model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating best practices into projects
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure
• Utilize data analytics and visualization techniques for data-driven decision-making
• Conduct research and explore new AI methodologies and applications
