• Chatbot NLP: Upgrading the chatbot by using ML, NLP, and AI to increase efficiency and user experience
• Tech Stack Familiarity: Familiarity with Node.js, Next.js, React, MongoDB, AWS CDK, TypeScript
• Passion for User Experience: Committed to crafting outstanding user experiences that translate into delightful and engaging customer interactions
