Requirements

• Experience directly managing and growing a diverse and inclusive data science and/or machine learning engineering team
• Professional experience in statistical or machine learning, and bringing data products into production
• Being able to translate business requests into incremental Data Science solutions and evaluate their business value
• High level of coding proficiency in a technical language such as Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn, matplotlib or seaborn)
• Strong Mathematical skills in probabilities and statistics, linear algebra and optimization techniques

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the results of a team of machine learning engineers, helping to shape and realize GWI’s data science strategy
• Define the team's operating standards and allocations based on domain knowledge
• Help your team grow either literally through hiring or figuratively through structured learning and development goals
