Machine Learning Team Lead

Summary

VideaHealth is seeking a Machine Learning Team Lead to design and implement deep learning pipelines for their dental solution product. The candidate should have an exceptional background in Machine Learning, 7+ years of hands-on development experience, leadership or mentorship experience, excellent communication skills, Python development skills, and experience with deep learning frameworks.

Requirements

• M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on development building deep learning and/or data pipelines
• Leadership or mentorship experience
• Excellent strategic communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional Python development skills
• Extensive experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g. PyTorch, TF, Keras), including experience customizing these frameworks to meet the bespoke needs of particular problems
• Experience working with cloud based platforms / providers (e.g. AWS)
• Experience applying business context to drive effective decision-making in data science problems

Responsibilities

Design and implement infrastructure for reliable and highly performant deep learning and analytics pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or leading a team through complex projects
• Desire to enhance your people management and leadership skills
• Publications or blog posts displaying excellent writing on data science or machine learning topics
• Familiarity with healthtech industry
