Summary
Join our team as a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Managed Services Managing Consultant. You will leverage extensive experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. This role demands close collaboration with clients to enhance their business processes, provide expert guidance, and ensure seamless ERP system operation. Responsibilities include managed services support, system upgrades and maintenance, analysis and reporting, implementation and configuration, business process analysis, functional design and documentation, testing and quality assurance, training and support, collaboration with internal and client teams, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate possesses deep D365 FO knowledge, particularly in Finance and Project Accounting modules, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a managed services environment and successful implementation of various D365 FO modules is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of D365 FO modules, particularly Finance and project accounting module including core functionalities
- Ability to understand client business processes, challenges, and requirements to design effective solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and end-users
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Experience in a managed services environment or providing ongoing support to clients
- Should have more than 8 years of experience in Managed services
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of D365 FO systems within a managed services agreement
- Oversee regular system upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with the latest features
- Utilize Dynamics 365 reporting tools to generate insights and analytics, helping clients make informed business decisions
- Should have implementation experience in Finance and Project accounting module
- Analyze client business processes to identify needs and map them to D365 FO functionalities, ensuring alignment and efficient workflows
- Develop functional design documents, business requirement documents, and other necessary documentation to guide support team
- Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure functionality, data integrity, and user acceptance
- Provide training to client users on D365 FO functionalities and support them with troubleshooting and ongoing issues
- Work with internal teams (technical, other functional consultants, project managers) and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to address problems within the system
Preferred Qualifications
- Good to have project management skills
- Should have experience in implementing D365 FO (or similar ERP systems) is highly desirable, with a focus on Finance and project accounting module
- Successfully implemented General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter, Project Accounting, Budget Planning
