Management Trainee

Join our team as a Management Trainee and help us unlock vast amounts of data via effective modelling and advanced analytics, enabling us to make smarter decisions and deliver even better products to our clients.

Requirements

• Be a curious problem solver who can get a question and use data to answer in a clear and straightforward way
• Be self-directed and comfortable supporting the Analytics requirements of multiple teams
• Have a strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
• Knowledge of different modelling frameworks like Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree
• Decent understanding and hands-on of statistical modelling/data analysis tools especially Python and/or SAS
• Applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing and inferencing

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and effectively manage multiple and complex Analytics projects from concept to implementation on time, within budget and in line with client expectations
• Engage Business Consultants and delivery teams appropriately so that there is a shared understanding and agreement as to deliver proposed solution
