Remote Manager Applications Engineering

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, quantitative field or equivalent experience. MS preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience and 3 years in a management role
• Demonstrated experience working in a centralized role that requires collaboration with many teams across a given organization
• Demonstrated experience with Python and SQL
• Experience using CRM platforms and applications preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and support current and new software applications used to improve the operation of all of our teams at QuestBridge in our work with students, partners, and educators
• Collaborate across all QuestBridge teams to identify opportunities for automation and more efficient use of technology in operations
• Manage relationship between IT support provider and team members
• Manage network server services provided by IT support provider
• Manage the training of staff on software applications
