Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Apparel or Textile Design, Technology, Merchandising, or Engineering
• 8+ years’ experience in sourcing, design, development, production, or merchandising
• 3+ years’ experience in people leadership

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category specific sourcing strategies to support the organization’s long term strategic plans
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers
• Manage existing vendor relationships
• Optimize the global supply chain to ensure products meet cost targets while achieving Arc’teryx’s high quality standards
• Provide insight and recommend sustainable sourcing strategies for your product categories and vendors to continuously improve speed, negotiate fair product cost, support margin, and best utilize supply chain capability and efficiencies

Competitive salary range of CAD $104,000 - CAD $130,000 per year
