The job is for a Generative AI and LLM Specialist who will design, develop, and deploy generative AI models, collaborate with other teams, and keep up with advancements in AI/ML. The role requires expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and various tools like LangChain, OpenAI's GPT, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Requirements

• Machine Learning and NLP Expertise
• Technical Proficiency in OpenAI, GoogleAI, Claude and similar LLMs
• Python fluency and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and tools, including LangChain, OpenAI's GPT, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Experience with distributed computing for AI is essential
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are crucial
• A solid understanding of ethical AI principles underpins everything we do
• Proficiency in Google Colab, Postman or similar API platforms is vital for prototyping and testing AI models

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models with a focus on natural language understanding and processing
• Engage with and contribute to libraries and frameworks such as LangChain
• Ensure a smooth partnership with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams for flawless integration of AI models into production systems
• Keep up with the rapid advancements in AI/ML, including emerging tools, libraries, and best practices
• Champion ethical AI development, prioritizing fairness, unbiased outcomes, and privacy

• Engage in research and development activities, exploring avant-garde ways to leverage generative AI for business and product innovation
