Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience working with Google Ads (independent campaign setup and management)
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager interfaces
  • Understanding of internet marketing principles and the digital sales funnel
  • Experience working with various objectives: lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-organization, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing)
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Continuously analyze and improve performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Gather and analyze the semantic core and negative keywords
  • Prepare regular reports and present results
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create effective creatives
  • Work with Google Analytics, GTM, and other analytics systems
  • Stay up to date with trends and changes in Google advertising tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
  • Experience managing large budgets (>$5,000/month)
  • English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
