Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development, with a focus on the technology sector
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record of leading and executing strategic investments / M&A
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in investor relations
• Strong expertise in financial analysis and driving end to end deal execution

• Driving Waabi’s strategic growth initiatives
• Investor relations efforts
• External communications
• Leading strategic planning, financial modeling & analysis, due diligence, cross-functional leadership, corporate narrative development, board & executive reporting, and media & PR support
