Requirements

• Proven experience in disaster recovery, IT risk management, or business continuity
• Strong knowledge of DR tools, technologies, and best practices
• Experience leading DR exercises and incident response
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage disaster recovery (DR) plans, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with IT and business units to identify recovery requirements and priorities
• Lead regular DR testing and simulations; evaluate results and improve plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Manage DR documentation and keep recovery strategies up to date
• Coordinate incident response and recovery efforts during actual disruptions
• Provide training and awareness programs to internal stakeholders
