Summary

Bloomerang is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join their team. The role involves leading 1-2 teams of engineers in the development of cloud native applications, providing career mentorship and coaching, and collaborating with other teams. The candidate should have 5+ years of software development experience, 2+ years of cloud native web development, 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, strong management and leadership abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2 teams of 2-5 engineers in the development of cloud native applications
• Establish clear performance standards, and ensure goals are met
• Provide career mentorship and coaching to engineers
• Cultivate relationship with product, QA, devops,and others to better understand and deliver business needs

• The salary range for this position is: $127,000 - $190,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus
