Responsibilities

• Ensure the management and evolution of people
• Regular 1:1 meetings, support in building PDI, etc
• Monitor projects, quality metrics and products
• Ensure the team is aligned with the company's strategies according to OKRs
• Maintain daily communication with partner teams (engineering and products)
