Manager, Supply Quality

Summary

The job is for a Manager, Supply Quality at Getaround, a remote position. The role requires a strategic leader with experience in Trust & Safety, Operations, or Customer Experience, ideally in a marketplace environment. The employee will oversee daily operations, develop quality metrics, manage a team, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Operations, or Customer Experience, ideally in a marketplace environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily user and vehicle operations, including ongoing change management and process improvement
• Develop and implement lifecycle strategies to improve user adherence to policies and standards
• Enhance existing quality metrics and develop new ones to measure overall user and vehicle quality
• Continuously evaluate and update user and owner policies and standards
• Manage a team of independent contractors and oversee BPO management
• Collaborate continuously with the Supply team to assess fleet health and drive supply growth
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, BI/Data, Sales and Product to drive new initiatives
