Summary

Requirements

• Completed technical education (Technician, Master or equivalent)
• Ideally, further education in QM/QS
• Experience in quality/supplier management, metrology, or technical customer service
• Demonstrable experience in CNC machining environment or equivalent
• Proficient in dealing with suppliers and customers
• Clear and solution-oriented communication skills
• Excellent German and good English language skills
• Independent work style, multitasking ability, and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and process quality
• Coordinate reclamations effectively and efficiently
• Promote quality consciousness within the company
• Handle non-conformance events and coordinate supplier/logistics activities

Preferred Qualifications

Additional knowledge in areas such as metal part manufacturing, laser cutting, and surface finishing
