Managing Security Consultant - IGA

Summary

Join GuidePoint Security as an IGA Solutions Engineer and be responsible for implementing and enhancing client solutions using SailPoint and/or Saviynt. You will gather and document technical requirements, design solutions, and act as a subject matter expert for client discussions. Mentoring junior engineers and providing feedback will also be part of your role. This is a remote position requiring 6+ years of hands-on experience with IGA solutions, specific knowledge of Java/J2EE, and experience with various connectors and modules. SailPoint or Saviynt certifications are highly preferred. Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with designing, architecting & building IGA solutions involving SailPoint and/or Saviynt
• Experience with common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, exchange, web service connector and authoritative source integration (such as SAP and Workday)
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Beanshell, XML and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ / IDN workflows including joiner, leaver, mover
• Solid understanding of the object models, rules, and policies
• Experience with both lifecycle manager and compliance manager modules
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
• Experience in leading technical architecture and security design discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation and enhancement of client IGA solutions (SailPoint / Saviynt)
• Gather and document technical requirements and design
• Act as subject matter expert for client discussions
• Provides mentoring and guidance to IGA engineers; may provide feedback and direction on specific engineering tasks
