Join our team as a Manual QA Specialist and contribute to the creation of high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and designers to create testing plans, develop test procedures, and prioritize bug reports. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in web QA, focusing on frontend, UI/UX, and website testing. Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience working in a web QA role, with a focus on frontend, UI/UX and website testing
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and methodical attention to detail
  • Experience testing consent management
  • Experience in testing CMS-based websites
  • Experience using testing tools for browser and device compliance
  • Understanding of usability best practices
  • Conducting manual and automated accessibility audits
  • Experience working with a team and using a standardized development workflow
  • Experience using a project management tool like Redmine or JIRA
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Create testing plans in collaboration with project teams
  • Develop documentation of test procedures
  • Create and prioritize bug reports with clear reproduction steps
  • Use a suite of testing tools to ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of websites and applications
  • Facilitate the UAT process and issue triage
  • Work closely with developers and designers
  • Coordinate closely with project managers to ensure client success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices
  • Participate in improving our QA practice across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Drupal and or WordPress
  • Agency experience
  • Programming or design experience
  • Experience in running SEO audits and sharing SEO best practices
  • Experience in setting up Google Analytics tracking on websites and able to troubleshoot issues
  • Strong communication skills in French
