Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate clearly during SCRUM meetings
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, and Screaming Frog
  • Proficiency in tools like Postman and Fiddler for API testing
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, building and testing new products and features continuously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to write concise, actionable tickets
  • Experience presenting issues and solutions clearly, including through video demonstrations (e.g., Loom)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct UX testing and identify issues in product usability, workflows, and features
  • Use tools like Postman or Fiddler to test APIs and determine whether issues stem from the frontend or backend
  • Document detailed bug reports in GitLab, including screenshots, cURL requests, and clear explanations to assist the engineering team in resolving issues
  • Record Loom videos to demonstrate product issues or usability problems, accompanied by proposed solutions
  • Actively participate in daily SCRUMs, communicating findings and collaborating with the product team
