Requirements

• Know how to grab people’s attention through strong visual communication
• Be an active player of mobile/hyper-casual games and understand the visual trends and marketing KPIs of these games
• Be experienced with any of the 3D suites (Blender, Maya, etc.) and have mastered Photoshop, After Effects, and other Adobe CS tools
• Love working together with smart, passionate and driven people, that hold themselves and others to high standards and want to grow constantly
• Like to celebrate your successes together with your team and also support them in difficult times
• Show your previous work of marketing video ads in a convincing portfolio

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing video ads in 2D and 3D for Sunday's live games that are seen by millions
• Generate amazing new ideas by analyzing competitor games and current trends with the help of market intelligence tools
• Participate in ideation sessions for new concepts based on your research and actively pitch your ideas
• Work closely together with Playable Ad Developers and other Marketing Artists while also collaborating with the Growth Team to analyze datasets related to marketing creative performances
• Track the performance of your created ads and decide on the creative direction based on previous data
