A Bachelor's degree in Communications or related fields, prior experience in marketing assistant roles, strong writing skills, and familiarity with editing software are preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or experience in related fields preferred
• Prior experience in marketing assistant roles in production, content editing, or similar
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
• A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling and content creation
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of on-location production tasks
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations during filming or recording sessions
• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, travel itineraries, organizing files, and managing inventory
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with brand goals and campaign strategies
• Assist in the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and graphics

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a plus
