Marketing Associate

Summary

Join our team as a Leader of Communications and Campaigns to develop and execute campaigns, control all transactional communications, and transmit information about the product Xepelin to clients, prospects, and allies.

Requirements

• Ample practical experience in creating and delivering integrated communication plans with clients and prospects, monitoring, and evaluating progress and performance
• Experience working with a CRM, ideally Hubspot
• Experience working with data, specifically Queries and Lookers Studio. Analytical capacity
• Attention to detail, good aesthetic and narrative judgment

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and lead multi-channel communication plans, ensuring key messages reach prospects, clients, and allies through emails, WhatsApp, and the application
• Create reports on experiment and campaign measurements to understand the impact of new strategies and implement improvement plans
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling through a comprehensive understanding and analysis of campaigns sent, aiming to maximize value for clients
• Create automated flows and generate necessary databases for campaign execution
• Review, edit, and write clear, attractive, and coherent communications
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Product teams to map and coordinate all communications
• Align all messages with external communication strategy, brand identity, and Xepelin's tone
• Map and govern all company communications, including those generated by other areas
