Field Marketing Associate

Summary

Join Ivalua, a leading global provider of cloud-based procurement solutions, as a Field Marketing Associate for the APAC region. You will drive end-to-end execution and coordination of marketing events and campaigns in the APAC region, ensuring they meet our demand generation and brand building objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in Field Marketing. Enterprise Software preferred but not required
• Fluent English language skills are a must and a second Asian language competence is a plus
• Experience working on events management and marketing campaigns from inception to completion
• Good understanding of marketing automation capabilities
• Ability to build strong relationships with the Marketing Team (Global and Local), stakeholders and suppliers
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all end-to-end activities for Ivalua-hosted events and 3rd party events to ensure smooth execution and support to the events
• Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including events venues and services
• Coordinate the production of essential materials and collateral for the various events and campaigns
• Provide on-site support for marketing events locally and regionally as needed
• Coordinate with internal Legal and Finance teams on marketing administration related activities
• Provide support in collating information for reporting including ROI, pipeline, and campaign metrics
• Support local partners on joint marketing programs
• Coordinate with regional Field Marketing and local sales to execute and deliver integrated sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads, including measuring and reporting
