Summary
Join Limble as a Marketing Designer and bring our brand to life through compelling visual content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging assets that elevate our brand and support growth across multiple marketing channels. You will design graphics and layouts for various marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. You will also work closely with marketing teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on creative needs. Generating creative ideas and managing multiple design projects simultaneously are key aspects of this role. Data will be used to refine creative assets and improve engagement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup or a growth-stage company
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.), digital design principles, and knowledge of various design formats
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas, both verbally and visually
- Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and target audience engagement
- Ability to identify design challenges and develop creative solutions
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials
- Ensure all visuals align with Limble’s brand guidelines and style standards to maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms
- Working closely with marketing teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on creative needs
- Generating creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and visual storytelling
- Deliver polished, visually appealing designs that are optimized for different marketing channels and platforms
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering projects on time
- Use data to refine creative assets and improve engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with established brand guidelines
- Knowledge of web content management systems (Webflow and WordPress)
