Marketing Executive

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (preferably real estate or investment)
• Proficiency with ActiveCampaign (or similar CRM/email marketing platform)
• Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Descript, Adobe Suite)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data
• Self-motivated and organized
• Must have a portfolio showcasing design skills, including presentation materials and PowerPoint decks

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials (investor decks, brochures, presentations, case studies, tombstones, newsletters)
• Repurpose existing content and develop creative campaigns
• Write compelling content for investors
• Manage and optimize ActiveCampaign
• Create and analyze automated email campaigns
• Maintain and grow the email list
• Assist in maintaining social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Coordinate and schedule posts
• Support content repurposing for social media
• Monitor engagement and basic metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate content design experience is a plus
• Knowledge of real estate investment, multifamily properties, or finance
• Proficiency with Microsoft/Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Acrobat
• Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and paid social advertising
