Reporting to the HQ Brand Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of global campaigns and influencer strategies to boost brand awareness, product visibility, and sales. You will collaborate with various teams across different markets to optimize influencer marketing operations and ensure alignment with global strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing influencer relationships, budgets, and workflows, while staying updated on industry trends. Requirements

• 1-3+ years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
• A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
• Familiarity with trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation
• A Love, Bonito ambassador who believes in and embodies our culture and core values
• Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields

Responsibilities

• Support in designing and steering Love, Bonito’s global campaigns & influencer strategy
• Identify, manage, and build long-term relationships with key global influencers & partnerships
• Support in planning and executing global influencer marketing levers such as seeding kits and influencer event toolkits
• Ensure alignment of country influencer strategies, activations, and profiles to global direction and brand alignment
• Monitor influencer performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement
• Support in managing global influencer marketing budget efficiently
• Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends
• Collaborate with country marketing teams and HQ cross-functional teams to build and optimise operational workflows
• Support in identifying/developing the right tools and processes to support the influencer program

• Strong communication skills to inspire and influence internal stakeholders (HQ or Markets) communication and persuasion skills with both internal and external stakeholders
