Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role (experience with healthtech tools and databases is a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and data analytics platforms
- Basic understanding of databases like Definitive Healthcare and other healthcare-specific data vendors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and market trends providers, to assess marketing and product performance
- Work with data vendors to source, validate, and analyze external datasets that support market segmentation, competitive benchmarking, and commercialization strategies
- Monitor key metrics like customer acquisition cost, user engagement rates, and sales funnel effectiveness
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for product innovation or differentiation
- Use databases like Definitive Healthcare to profile healthcare providers, payers, and institutional clients
- Build dashboards and reports that integrate marketing, product, and sales data for leadership review
- Present insights on audience segmentation, campaign performance, and commercialization opportunities
- Partner with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and enhance lead generation efforts
- Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to understand user behavior and guide product development based on data insights
- Support the commercialization team by analyzing market entry strategies and customer retention trends
- Utilize analytics platforms like Google Analytics and CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Leverage Definitive Healthcare and other external data sources to enrich analyses and create actionable insights
- Collaborate with data vendors like Signify to ensure data quality, relevance, and consistency
- Identify gaps in data tracking and propose solutions to improve reporting accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Stay informed about advancements in healthtech, marketing analytics, and data integration practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Understanding of healthcare marketing metrics and commercialization models, such as patient acquisition cost and value-based care
- Familiarity with integrating and managing datasets from multiple vendors
