Marketing Intern

Summary

Join Mantra Health, an award-winning digital mental health provider, as a Marketing Intern this summer. This role offers hands-on experience in various marketing areas, including content development, email campaigns, events, social media, and analytics. You will assist with the execution of marketing initiatives, support event planning, maintain campaign tracking, research industry trends, and contribute to team brainstorming. The ideal candidate is a rising senior or recent graduate with a passion for mental health, higher education, or digital marketing. This paid internship provides valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The internship is 40 hours per week with an hourly rate between $15.00 and $18.00.

Requirements

• A rising senior, or recent graduate studying Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• Deeply interested in mental health, higher education, or digital marketing
• Organized, proactive, and curious — you’re the type who jumps in and figures things out
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, startup-like environment where no two days are the same
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Workplace, Excel, Figma, and Canva
• Excited to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of email, social, and campaign content
• Support planning and logistics for virtual and in-person events
• Help maintain campaign tracking and reporting in HubSpot
• Research industry trends and assist in marketing material development
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
