Requirements
- Be a current college student or recent graduate, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Possess strong editing and writing skills
- Have attention to detail
- Be collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience in Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and route Marketing Request Forms to the Manager, Marketing Communications
- Create creative briefs
- Work with the Director, Marketing Communications on media placement opportunities and logistics
- Manage internal communication for Business Development orders (business cards, print materials)
- Assist in the processing of RFPs
- Organize and maintain SharePoint folders
- Upload videos to Vidyard
- Compile HubSpot lead source data
- Update or create content for q-centrix.com (WordPress)
- Monitor Google Analytics, reporting trends to the Digital Marketing Manager
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing sales, marketing, and customer success data
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and removing duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies
- Generate reports and dashboards to track revenue performance
- Support the implementation of standardized data collection processes
- Validate incoming data from various sources to maintain consistency
- Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Have WordPress and/or Google Analytics experience
