Requirements

  • Be a current college student or recent graduate, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Possess strong editing and writing skills
  • Have attention to detail
  • Be collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience in Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and route Marketing Request Forms to the Manager, Marketing Communications
  • Create creative briefs
  • Work with the Director, Marketing Communications on media placement opportunities and logistics
  • Manage internal communication for Business Development orders (business cards, print materials)
  • Assist in the processing of RFPs
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint folders
  • Upload videos to Vidyard
  • Compile HubSpot lead source data
  • Update or create content for q-centrix.com (WordPress)
  • Monitor Google Analytics, reporting trends to the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing sales, marketing, and customer success data
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and removing duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track revenue performance
  • Support the implementation of standardized data collection processes
  • Validate incoming data from various sources to maintain consistency
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Have WordPress and/or Google Analytics experience
