Summary

ThisWay Global is hiring a Marketing Intern to start on January 8th. The intern will be involved in the entire marketing process, including digital marketing, content creation, social media posting, campaign management, and more. They will work with senior leadership and some of the largest companies in the world.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in marketing education or have previous marketing experience
• Be a fast, independent learner
• Be accountable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of computers, including MS Office, Google Suite, etc
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms
• Assist in managing company website content
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Assist in content creation, including blog posts, articles, and marketing collateral
• Monitor and report on marketing metrics
• Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual and in-person events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing initiatives

Benefits

• Initially, this may be an unpaid internship, depending on your experience and ability to learn quickly
• Once you have proven your ability to keep up with the pace, you will be paid on a project basis
• You will need to come to an office in New Braunfels 2-3 times per week and the rest of your work can be virtual or you can work in our strategy office
