Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

Responsibilities

• Research and source potential leads and key contacts to drive go-to-market initiatives
• Evaluate and qualify incoming referrals for endorsement to the sales development team
• Assess business opportunities from industry organization members, especially in connection with sponsored events
• Perform daily administrative tasks to support other demand-generation and marketing-related tasks as assigned
• Lead Generation- Research and identify target companies and key contacts to support go-to-market strategies using digital tools and platforms
• Lead Qualification- Evaluate incoming referrals to determine qualification and endorse high-potential leads to the sales development team
• Opportunity Assessment- Analyze business opportunities from industry organization members, especially where the company is sponsoring events

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Trello, or similar) is a plus
