Responsibilities

• Support Project Management: Assist in managing marketing projects from initiation to execution, including task tracking, timeline management, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Campaign Assistance: Help in planning and implementing marketing campaigns such as email marketing, social media, content creation, and events
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between marketing team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery
• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and report findings to support campaign strategy and optimization efforts
• Content Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling content for various marketing channels, ensuring it aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging
• Data Entry & Reporting: Help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, providing insights to improve future projects
• Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing project manager, including organizing project documentation and scheduling meetings
