Requirements

  • Higher education
  • 1+ years of marketing project manager experience
  • Experience working with project management tools (E.g. ClickUp, Basecamp, ZOHO, Monday, JIRA)
  • Ability to describe tasks (documentation) for a team of copywriters, programmers, and designers
  • Understanding & awareness of digital marketing platform requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Strong ownership of projects and orientation to detail

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Handle the launch and optimization of new product offerings and short sales funnels
  • Coordinate mass change projects across the product offerings
  • Refresh website content with new assets to maintain a fresh and engaging online presence
  • Act as the primary communication link between cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and information flow
  • Maintain project timeframes and report the progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively address and resolve project-related issues
  • Leverage customer relationship management tools to enhance upselling opportunities
