The ideal candidate possesses strong marketing and administrative skills, focusing on implementation rather than strategy. Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify is essential. Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on execution and implementation
• Strong familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the brand's voice
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies

Responsibilities

• Assist in email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling emails, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign performance
• Design email campaigns with exciting, engaging, and consistent content
• Analyze email performance to ensure revenue goals are being met
• Create tests for email/SMS campaigns so that we are always improving
• Manage and update the company website, including creating product pages, landing pages, and optimizing content for SEO
• Audit the email account to implement best practices for email flows and SMS
• Collaborate with team members to maintain brand voice and consistency across all marketing communications
